About the Role

Itron Apprentice Jobs are available in Bangalore for recent graduates who want to build a career in supply chain, procurement, business operations and analytics. Itron is hiring an Apprentice to support Supply Chain Analytics and Business Operations activities.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for candidates from non-engineering backgrounds who have completed B.Com, BBA or MBA. Candidates must have graduated recently or in 2025 and should have no backlogs.

The Apprentice will gain practical exposure to supply chain reporting, invoice data extraction, business analysis, procurement data, reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is full-time and follows a hybrid work model.

The working hours for this role are 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain reporting, analysis and business performance tracking activities.
• Extract data from supplier invoices and validate invoice information for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform invoice data extraction from PDF and scanned documents.
• Maintain structured invoice records for reporting and business analysis.
• Verify supplier information, invoice dates, invoice amounts, taxes and purchase order references.
• Validate payment terms and other relevant invoice information.
• Support purchase order, inventory, supplier and procurement data analysis.
• Maintain and update supply chain datasets and spreadsheets.
• Work with reporting templates and help maintain accurate business records.
• Assist in creating dashboards, presentations and business reports for stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and work with business teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Document business processes, reporting requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, finance and operations teams.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, data validation and business analysis tasks as assigned.
• Learn and apply supply chain best practices, business processes and reporting methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com, BBA or MBA.
• Experience: Recent graduates or candidates who graduated in 2025.
• Technical Skills: Data analysis, spreadsheet-based reporting, invoice data extraction and data validation.
• Industry Knowledge: Interest in supply chain, procurement, operations and business analytics.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, willingness to learn, accuracy and ability to collaborate with business teams.
• Additional Requirements: Candidates must have no backlogs and should be comfortable working from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
