Talentoop is an online job search and talent acquisition platform that connects job seekers with employers across India and beyond. Our services include, but are not limited to, job listings, employer profiles, resume uploads, email job alerts, and candidate search tools. We also provide tailored career guidance content to help professionals make informed decisions. All services are offered “as-is” and are continuously optimized to enhance usability and search visibility.

User Registration and Responsibilities

Users must register an account to access features such as applying for jobs or posting vacancies. During registration, you must provide valid, accurate, and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Talentoop shall not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from password misuse or negligence.

As a registered user, you agree not to create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or provide misleading information. You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and ethically. Talentoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these principles or engage in suspicious or illegal behavior.

Job Postings and User-Generated Content

Employers posting vacancies are fully accountable for the content, accuracy, and legality of their job listings. Job ads must comply with employment regulations and avoid discriminatory language or false claims. Misleading or spammy job posts will be removed without notice.

Job seekers submitting resumes, cover letters, or personal details retain ownership of their materials. However, by uploading such content to Talentoop, you grant us permission to process and distribute this data to employers and third-party partners involved in talent matching. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and recommend users verify the legitimacy of any job offer received.

Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on Talentoop:

Posting fake job listings, phishing attempts, or deceptive promotions; collecting user data without permission; using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content or manipulate search rankings; distributing malware or engaging in spam-related behavior; and impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations.

Accounts engaged in any of these activities will be banned immediately. We also reserve the right to report such violations to appropriate legal authorities.

Payment and Premium Services

Talentoop offers premium recruitment solutions to employers and featured placement options to increase job visibility. These paid services will always be clearly identified, and users must agree to the associated fees before making a purchase.

Payments are handled through secure third-party gateways. Talentoop does not store credit card details and is not responsible for payment failures or disputes arising from these external systems. Unless explicitly stated, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Talentoop—including logos, layout design, software code, job templates, and career resources—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our platform’s content without written consent is strictly forbidden.

User-submitted materials remain the intellectual property of the individual but are licensed to Talentoop for operational and promotional purposes. This license enables us to publish, host, and share your content to improve visibility and job matching.

Limitation of Liability

While Talentoop is committed to providing accurate and updated information, we make no promises regarding job availability, employer responses, or hiring outcomes. We do not endorse or guarantee the legitimacy of any employer or listing and encourage users to conduct their own due diligence.

Additionally, Talentoop is not liable for technical glitches, server outages, or interruptions caused by third-party services. Your use of our platform is at your own risk. Any data loss or damage resulting from external links or unverified job interactions is your responsibility.

Modifications to Terms and Services

Talentoop reserves the right to amend or discontinue any feature, tool, or service on our platform. Updates to the Terms and Conditions may be made at any time to address changes in technology, business operations, or legal requirements.
