• Education: HSK Level 4 (Intermediate) or higher, or equivalent Mandarin Chinese language proficiency.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in research, data collection, market intelligence, language services, translation, localization, customer outreach, business operations, or related fields is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of financial markets and investment terminology is preferred.
• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct primary and secondary research using public and business information sources.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, listening, interviewing, problem-solving, critical-thinking, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Additional Requirements: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts when required.

• Higher levels of Chinese language certification may be preferred.
