Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for international customers.
• Respond to customer queries via voice calls and emails in the International Voice Process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop, laptop, and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents using ticketing tools.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
• Support Microsoft Office & O365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Handle Active Directory tasks such as password reset, account unlock, and user management.
• Provide support for VPN, Citrix, and Exchange-related issues.
• Assist with hardware and network troubleshooting (LAN, printers, devices).
• Follow ITIL processes and maintain service quality standards.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Service Desk and International Voice Process.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, or CA Service Desk.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (7/8/10) and desktop troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Basic understanding of hardware, networking, and remote troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 support.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in International Technical Support (US Voice Process).
• Understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Antivirus tools, and Patch Management.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
