Key Responsibilities
• Manage the technical scope of data analytics projects aligned with business requirements
• Gather and interpret data from databases, data warehouses, and integration platforms
• Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations for business insights
• Analyze large datasets and present meaningful insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Build predictive models and automate data processes for efficiency improvement
• Design surveys, analyze survey results, and provide benchmarking reports
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify opportunities for automation and data process optimization
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high CSAT with zero escalations
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence concepts
• Experience in Data Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau or similar)
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Experience in data modeling, integration, and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and draw actionable insights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning models
• Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and automation tools
