Key Responsibilities
• Submission of monthly MIS reports including cost sheets, metrics, payroll data, staff transportation data, accruals, PO open/close data, MMR, budget vs actual data, COVID expenses, and asset data (LOB-wise).
• Maintain invoice tracker and coordinate with vendors for timely payments and approvals.
• Ensure zero exception approvals and error-free invoice submissions through the client portal.
• Prepare and analyze budget forecasts, including budget vs actual and forecast vs actual spending.
• Plan, prepare, and develop the Annual Budget with leadership support.
• Submit PR requests on portals and coordinate with procurement for purchase orders.
• Conduct quarterly vendor meetings and obtain No Due Certificates (NDC).
• Manage reports and documentation including cost sheets, payroll sheets, accrual sheets, PO tracker, SharePoint records, and PeopleSoft system data.
• Assist managers with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis tasks.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with reporting tools and enterprise systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of ERP tools like PeopleSoft or similar financial systems
• Experience with SharePoint and corporate reporting platforms
• Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations
• Internship or project experience in finance/MIS domain
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
