Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality control of bioanalytical and QC studies.
- Review raw data, chromatograms, and validation reports to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain calibration, labeling, and proper use of laboratory instruments.
- Monitor lab operations for compliance with SOPs, GLP, and regulatory standards.
- Generate, manage, and archive method SOPs, logbooks, and study-related documentation.
- Perform glassware validation and monitor laboratory conditions (temperature and humidity).
- Coordinate training programs on SOPs and lab processes.
- Assist in QC documentation and collaboration with clinical teams.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper disposal of bio and non-bio waste.
- Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the laboratory.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Control and GLP principles
- Proficiency in LCMS, HPLC, and UV analytical techniques
- Understanding of method validation and analytical procedures
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
