Role Overview – IT Support Careers India

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst L1 to join our Pune team. The candidate will provide primary IT support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth daily operations. They will follow service desk policies, meet SLAs, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities – IT Support Careers India

  • Respond to queries from calls, emails, chats, and portals, delivering timely IT support.
