Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models addressing a wide range of complex business challenges.
Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as text classification, information extraction, sentiment analysis, and language modeling to drive intelligent business insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.
Stay current with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies to innovate and implement cutting-edge models.
Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate AI/ML capabilities and support client presentations and workshops effectively.
Ensure AI/ML solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with client compliance and security standards.
Participate actively in knowledge-sharing sessions, technical discussions, and contribute to enhancing the AI/ML competency within the team.
Support deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring performance and accuracy over time.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of core AI and ML algorithms including supervised, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning principles.
Hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and deep learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Proficiency in Python programming language and associated data science tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.).
Practical experience in NLP tasks such as text preprocessing, named entity recognition (NER), text summarization, and language modeling.
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, and prompt engineering.
Ability to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical content clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Team player attitude with collaborative working style and willingness to learn continuously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, model versioning, monitoring, and automation.
Participation in AI/ML competitions (Kaggle, DrivenData) or relevant publications in journals/conferences.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable AI deployments.
Exposure to data engineering pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) for handling large-scale datasets.
