Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer (Frontend) at SentinelOne, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative UI applications that enhance our cloud-based cybersecurity platform. Your role will involve ownership of projects from concept to completion, with a focus on quality, performance, and usability.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, UX designers, and backend developers, to define and align system requirements with strategic business objectives.
Design and Drive Development of UI Applications – Lead the implementation of high-visibility, high-impact frontend features for our cloud platform, ensuring timely delivery and robust performance.
Own Feature Development – Take full responsibility for the complete development lifecycle of frontend features, including requirement refinement, coding, testing, and production deployment.
Conduct Code Reviews – Participate in peer reviews to maintain code quality, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers when necessary.
Shape the UI Platform – Contribute to building and improving the UI frameworks, components, and tools used across SentinelOne’s frontend development teams.
Performance Optimization – Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security concerns for large-scale data visualization.
Customer-Centric Development – Understand customer needs by interfacing with client-facing teams, and ensure that product features align with user expectations.

Proficiency in JavaScript – Deep understanding of modern JavaScript and its ecosystem.
Frontend Framework Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with React and state management libraries such as Redux or Recoil.
Testing Knowledge – Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest for building reliable and maintainable code.
Core Web Technologies – Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
UI/UX Principles – Ability to translate design wireframes into functional and visually appealing web interfaces.
