Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Analyst – DataOps, you will play an important role in supporting data operations through the processing, validation, and reporting of data sets. You will work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure data integrity and contribute to business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
Investigating, cleaning, and validating large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyzing and reconciling data from various sources to support business requirements.
Maintaining and managing data loading schedules for recurring and ad-hoc reports.
Producing high-quality data reports with actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting day-to-day operations and troubleshooting data-related issues.
Collaborating with business and technical teams to understand data needs and deliverables.
Communicating findings, anomalies, and technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
Adhering to established processes for data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Learning and adapting to new tools, platforms, and organizational changes.
Taking ownership of assigned projects, tasks, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Required Skills
This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must demonstrate the following:
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and transform data into meaningful insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and charting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a business environment.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with database concepts and tools (e.g., SQL basics) is advantageous.
