Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices related to shipments and services.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers for payment confirmations.
Support timely accounting of funds credited to the company’s bank accounts.
Prepare and update weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
Perform AR and General Ledger reconciliation activities.
Assist the corporate treasury team with accurate cash flow forecasting.
Complete month-end accounting activities according to corporate financial calendars.
Achieve weekly targets based on defined key process indicators.
Provide support during internal and external audit processes.
Assist the collections team in resolving overdue payments and collections-related issues.
Engage with management teams to address delays in payments and develop corrective actions.
Support transition and integration of customer accounts from different operational sites.
Participate in training initiatives related to collections and financial processes.
Take proactive actions to resolve invoice disputes or resend missing invoices to customers.
