Key Responsibilities
Work closely with IBM stakeholders and client teams to identify and implement business controls for enterprise applications.
Analyze software test specifications and convert them into detailed manual or automated test cases.
Perform application testing, including functional testing and sanity testing, based on defined user requirements.
Identify test data requirements, expected outputs, and system responses during testing cycles.
Support production environments by analyzing system logs, debugging issues, and resolving defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and software release processes.
Use Agile testing methodologies to manage test cases, defects, and project tracking.
Conduct API testing and ensure seamless integration across applications and services.
Participate in test management and reporting activities to ensure software quality standards are maintained.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in API testing using POSTMAN or SOAP-UI.
Knowledge of ELT testing with Databricks and MySQL.
Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and testing frameworks.
Practical experience using project management tools such as JIRA, ADO, or iTrack.
Understanding of Telecom domain and billing systems.
Experience handling production support tasks, including issue troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze system logs and validate application performance using Kubernetes.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Automation Testing using TOSCA.
Ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple global teams or offshore locations.
