Designing and developing end-to-end dashboards that track the performance of research content, analyst interactions, and client engagement activities.
Conducting root cause analysis and trend identification to uncover insights that help improve business performance.
Standardizing and automating key performance metrics such as document reach, top-read content, interaction cycle time, and analyst availability.
Developing data models and analytical frameworks to measure the impact of Gartner’s research assets on client retention.
