The Analyst – Ops BI role is designed for individuals passionate about data analytics, Business Intelligence, and operational reporting. You will work on dashboards, MIS reports, and actionable insights that improve operational performance. This role provides exposure to large-scale analytics, global client projects, and cross-functional team collaboration. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Generate daily dashboards and publish reports for business users.
Develop, update, and maintain standard reports for management.
Design and manage database warehouses to support analytics needs.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data from BI, MIS, and GIS systems.
Handle MIS-related queries and issues from Business Analytics & BI Managers.
Participate in new projects, prepare delivery plans, and monitor progress.
Provide standardized management information to track trends, highlight issues, and measure successes.
Support reporting functions for internal and external clients.
Maintain staff designation records and update monthly balanced scorecard information.
Prepare presentations at center, process, and operational levels for stakeholders.
Contribute to financial reporting, including Payroll and Business Finance.
Analyze real-time management system performance and recommend process improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
Collaborate across teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
Suggest improvements for dashboards, reports, and automated reporting processes.
Required Skills
Intermediate SQL knowledge to query and manage large datasets.
Basic Power BI skills to create dashboards and visual reports.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Strong Windows OS navigation and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with all levels of management.
Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across teams and locations.
