Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer, you’ll work with a talented team of developers and contribute to the design and development of scalable, cloud-ready software solutions. This role is ideal for entry-level developers or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in full-stack development using modern technologies.
Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS
Implement microservices and REST APIs for robust, scalable backend infrastructure
Develop responsive front-end components with React, JavaScript, and modern UI principles
Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate user needs into functional features
Optimize database operations using both SQL and NoSQL databases
Integrate AWS cloud services to enhance system performance and scalability
Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis (RCA)
Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, especially in cloud and AI
Document workflows, software designs, and development procedures
Collaborate across teams, including QA and DevOps, to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills
We’re looking for passionate individuals who are eager to contribute and grow in a high-performance tech environment. The ideal candidate should have:
Strong knowledge of C# and development experience using .NET Core
Familiarity with ReactJS and front-end JavaScript frameworks
Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development
Experience with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL
Basic knowledge of version control tools, especially Git
Preferred Skills
While not mandatory, candidates with the following skills will stand out:
Exposure to cloud computing, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles like SOLID and KISS
Experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework or NHibernate
Understanding of non-relational databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB
Basic familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
