Salary: As per Industry Standards
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Certifications (if any): Certifications in SQL, Tableau, or Python are preferred but not mandatory


Key Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will be an integral part of the physical security team, supporting business decisions by analyzing datasets related to security operations. You will work at the intersection of data science and security strategy, helping the team derive insights that inform decisions and optimize outcomes.

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain internal databases and automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes
• Use statistical tools and data mining techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets related to physical security and risk operations
• Create dashboards, charts, and reports using tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio to support business intelligence efforts
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership, in clear and actionable formats
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other business units to ensure alignment between analytical deliverables and operational goals
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects to enhance data collection, analytics capabilities, and system integration
• Stay current with industry best practices in analytics, security risk assessment, and visualization technologies
• Identify areas of improvement in current security processes and propose data-driven enhancements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to respond to operational needs or executive queries


Required Skills

• Proficiency in structured query languages, particularly SQL, for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with data analysis programming languages such as Python or R
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in time-sensitive situations
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for regular reporting and presentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey data findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience in working with large, structured and unstructured datasets in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data integrity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy


Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data analytics in a physical security or enterprise risk management environment
• Familiarity with key metrics in security operations, including incident tracking, access control, and surveillance analytics
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python or related tools
• Understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Basic knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and predictive analytics
• Experience working with stakeholders in a global enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
• Understanding of compliance and privacy regulations related to data handling
