Role Overview
We are seeking a Datamart and Reporting Analytics Analyst to join our Digital Data Analytics Innovation (DDAI) team in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will work on developing and optimizing data marts, SQL scripts, and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to deliver impactful business insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and interpret business and technical requirements.
Design and develop SQL objects, queries, and stored procedures.
Build and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards for business decision-making.
Optimize existing queries, stored procedures, and views for performance.
Analyze datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Prepare wireframes and visualization mockups for stakeholders.
Document data models, sources, and dashboard designs for future reference.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time with high quality.
Work collaboratively with global teams, providing updates on calls and emails.
Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for creating interactive dashboards.
Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL).
Solid understanding of DBMS concepts and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Familiarity with development methodologies and project lifecycles.
