Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Analyst to join our Transportation & Logistics team at Cargill. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and exporters while ensuring timely validation and processing of freight invoices. You will also maintain carrier rates and resolve related queries efficiently. This position plays a vital part in supporting multiple Cargill business units using SAP and other Transportation Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review transportation data, including carrier rates, lanes, and routes, while troubleshooting any discrepancies.
Handle container, truck, rail, and air operation activities, validating incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of freight invoices and maintain carrier-related records.
Follow moderately defined procedures to develop process communications and distribute them to stakeholders.
Monitor and assist in resolving incidents and issues by coordinating with internal teams and carriers.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
