Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support automation solutions that streamline processes across multiple departments and projects.
Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and process experts to gather requirements and build scalable solutions.
Assist in creating Proof-of-Concept (PoC) automation tools using modern RPA platforms and programming techniques.
Design, document, and implement end-to-end workflows that ensure accuracy, compliance, and security.
Explore AI-driven automation opportunities using tools such as OpenAI APIs to perform intelligent tasks like text summarization, classification, and data extraction.
Participate actively in Agile team meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and peer code reviews.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose automation-based improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, scripts, and technical designs to ensure easy future maintenance.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies in automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation to enhance existing processes.
Required Skills
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, logic building, and problem-solving techniques.
Familiarity with automation concepts, process mapping, and workflow design.
Ability to work in Agile environments and contribute to collaborative projects.
Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into structured technical solutions.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git and standard coding best practices.
Good documentation and reporting abilities for process transparency.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
Exposure to AI tools or APIs for natural language processing, intelligent document processing, and text analytics.
Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and automation deployment in hybrid setups.
Basic understanding of database management and SQL queries for data-driven automation.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms to quickly implement workflow automations.
Prior academic or professional projects involving digital process improvement or robotic process automation.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
Understanding of security standards, compliance frameworks, and data governance in automation solutions.
