We are actively seeking a passionate and highly skilled Data Analyst (Artificial Intelligence Solutions Analyst) to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in AI/ML development, cloud-based solution deployment, and a consulting mindset.
As a Data Analyst with a focus on AI, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions across various sectors. From problem scoping and data ingestion to model development and production monitoring, you will play an integral role throughout the AI project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst (AI Solutions Analyst), your role will involve end-to-end engagement across AI solution development, deployment, and integration within business workflows.
Solution Development and Implementation:
Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML-based solutions tailored to client-specific business problems.
Translate high-level business challenges into structured data science use cases and actionable models.
Perform extensive data preparation, including data cleansing, transformation, feature engineering, and validation.
Build machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others.
Develop and evaluate models for various AI domains including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision.
Cloud Integration and MLOps:
Deploy and monitor AI models using cloud-based platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
Integrate CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless model updates, version control, and scalability.
Implement MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar platforms to streamline AI deployment.
Consulting and Business Engagement:
Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose AI-powered solutions.
Conduct workshops or strategy sessions with client teams to educate and align on AI capabilities.
Provide post-deployment functional support and monitor performance of AI systems in live environments.
Offer guidance in redesigning business processes that are transformed by AI implementations.
Mentorship and Team Collaboration:
Mentor and support junior engineers or data scientists on best practices in model building and deployment.
Collaborate within agile teams spread across multiple geographies and time zones.
Share knowledge and contribute to establishing internal AI standards, code libraries, and reusable components.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or consulting.
Strong understanding of data science workflows including model development, training, validation, and deployment.
Proficiency with machine learning libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
Deep experience in data handling techniques: cleansing, missing value imputation, feature extraction, and time-series analysis.
Experience in deploying models using one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
Consulting & Business Acumen:
Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or IT services environments.
Ability to communicate AI/ML concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with business analysis, documentation, and presentation of solution designs.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred certifications include:
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
Azure AI Engineer Associate
TensorFlow Developer Certificate
Additional Capabilities:
Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, or Computer Vision is advantageous.
Understanding of responsible AI, model interpretability, and data privacy principles.
Exposure to global delivery models and distributed agile teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for model development, and automated deployment frameworks.
Background in business process improvement, especially integrating AI tools into existing enterprise workflows.
Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Jenkins) as applied to AI.
Ability to design dashboards or reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for model performance tracking.
