As a Measurement and Reporting New Associate, you will work within Accenture’s Customer Support vertical, focusing on performance reporting, data analysis, and MIS support.
Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc management reports.
Prepare data-driven presentations and dashboards to track KPIs.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and reporting accuracy.
Collect, analyze, and validate business performance data.
Assist in the automation of reporting tasks using tools like Excel.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve reporting discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
Ensure timely and error-free delivery of insights and reports.
Maintain documentation of all data processes and metrics.
Support escalation resolution through analytics and reporting insights.
Required Skills
This role is suitable for recent graduates with a passion for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
Understanding of business KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators.
Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver reports under deadlines and multitask effectively.
Basic knowledge of data reporting tools or visualization platforms.
