Job Description / Highlights
Provide L1 to L3 technical support for production systems.
Monitor production jobs (PySpark pipelines, PostgreSQL & ClickHouse data dumps) ensuring SLA compliance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues ranging from basic application queries to system-level incidents.
Escalate complex problems to engineering teams with proper documentation and logs.
Work closely with clients, share timely updates, RCA, and resolution plans.
Maintain issue logs, FAQs, and runbooks for faster resolution.
Participate in shift rotations for 24×7 support coverage.
Required Skills & Attributes:
B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics) – Freshers eligible
Analytical & problem-solving skills
Basic SQL knowledge and database understanding
Familiarity with Linux command-line
Good communication skills & willingness to work in rotational shifts
Nice-to-Have (Plus Points):
Knowledge of Python / PySpark
Exposure to AWS/Azure Cloud
Internship or projects in data engineering / support
