Key Responsibilities
Assist feature teams in defining high-quality, testable work packages.
Support the Quality Manager in executing test strategies and recommending automation opportunities.
Design, create, and maintain automated test suites, including smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests.
Analyze automated test results and provide actionable insights to the team.
Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and Agile testing practices, including TDD and BDD.
Expertise in functional and non-functional testing, such as integration, load, stress, security, and accessibility testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
