Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process quality control of bioanalytical and QC studies.
• Review raw data, chromatograms, and validation reports to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain calibration, labeling, and proper use of laboratory instruments.
• Monitor lab operations for compliance with SOPs, GLP, and regulatory standards.
• Generate, manage, and archive method SOPs, logbooks, and study-related documentation.
• Perform glassware validation and monitor laboratory conditions (temperature and humidity).
• Coordinate training programs on SOPs and lab processes.
• Assist in QC documentation and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper disposal of bio and non-bio waste.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the laboratory.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Control and GLP principles
• Proficiency in LCMS, HPLC, and UV analytical techniques
• Understanding of method validation and analytical procedures
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
