Job Description

Mphasis is conducting a walk-in drive for the role of Voice Customer Care Executive in Mangaluru. This role is ideal for graduate freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Selected candidates will handle customer queries via calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via inbound and outbound calls and emails within defined SLAs

  • Record and classify customer interactions accurately using client systems

  • Refer to the knowledge base and follow defined processes to resolve issues

  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer interactions

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency

  • Ability to work in complete night shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Neutral accent and business communication skills

  • Active listening and probing abilities

  • Basic knowledge of insurance processes

  • Familiarity with Avaya or phone operating systems

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
