Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets through phone, email, and web-based support channels
Provide Level 1 technical and non-technical support to end users
Troubleshoot issues related to account access, printers, network drives, and system access
Use knowledge base articles, web resources, and standard procedures to resolve issues
Analyse hardware and software problems and provide real-time solutions
Document customer interactions, resolutions, and case notes in the ticketing system
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical teams with clear documentation
Assist with onboarding and support for new and existing users
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
