Job Description / Highlights
- Abstract key information from Lease Agreements and populate into client software.
- Extract critical data from multi-lingual lease documents into Lease Abstract Form.
- Analyze lease data and financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance, and other expense recoveries.
- Translate lease documents from native language to common language.
- Strong written English, analytical skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail required.
- Only candidates who haven’t interviewed in the past 4 months are eligible.
