We are hiring a talented BI Developer Chennai professional to support Philips Capital’s business intelligence and data visualization functions. This role involves maintaining, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that power decision-making and financial insights across Philips.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design reliable BI systems integrating data from Salesforce, SAP, and Azure platforms. Your contributions will ensure the delivery of accurate, actionable insights for the global finance and treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards using QlikView and Qlik Sense.
- Build and optimize data extraction and integration scripts from Salesforce, SAP, and Azure Data Lake.
- Collaborate with the finance team to validate reports and deploy tested solutions.
- Manage data quality, access controls, and security compliance across platforms.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closings by automating data flows.
- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot BI performance and integration issues.
- Ensure business continuity by aligning BI projects with Philips IT roadmap.
- Handle confidential financial data responsibly with strict adherence to data governance.
- Strong hands-on experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, and ADL data integration.
- Expertise in Set Analysis scripting, NPrinting, and data model design.
- Experience in Salesforce–SAP data integration using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Lake (ADL).
- Solid SQL knowledge for data transformation and query optimization.
- Understanding of ETL pipelines and performance tuning.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial data reporting or treasury analytics.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, or Python scripting.
- Understanding of data warehousing and automation tools.
