Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist III to join Uber’s Support Operations team in Hyderabad. The role involves analyzing agent performance data, building efficient SQL queries, and creating Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex operational problems, contribute to data pipeline optimization, and support business growth by leveraging data analytics Hyderabad best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain queries, tables, and data pipelines to support global scorecard generation
Analyze and optimize existing queries and pipelines for performance and efficiency
Proactively troubleshoot pipeline issues to minimize operational disruptions
Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Conduct deep dives, root cause analysis, and statistical investigations to provide actionable recommendations
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in SQL for query building and workflow troubleshooting
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with analytical problem-solving capabilities
Basic proficiency in Python for automating recurring tasks
Experience with Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards
