Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst to join the Digital Solutions team. The role involves managing Salesforce Cloud solutions, designing and executing test plans, creating automation scripts using UiPath, and ensuring high-quality system delivery. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service, CPQ, OMS, Experience Cloud).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using UiPath; knowledge of Selenium or QTP/UFT is a plus.
• Design test plans, strategies, and artifacts including test cases, traceability matrices, and coverage metrics.
• Execute manual and automated testing: functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Document and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and post-resolution testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce quality.
• Apply QA practices throughout the SDLC and maintain continuous improvement in testing frameworks.
• Perform API testing for SOAP and REST services.
Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce QA Automation Framework using UiPath.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds).
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with DevOps tools.
