Key Responsibilities
Apply machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex international business problems.
Develop and deploy predictive models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand and address analytical requirements.
Design scalable AI solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS EMR and AWS Sagemaker.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into real-time production systems.
Automate training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models using MLOps tools and best practices.
Translate analytical findings into compelling presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain a strong focus on data privacy and compliance during analysis and model building.
Contribute to TNS’s global AI strategy through participation in cross-border projects and innovation teams.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Strong grasp of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
Experience with data preprocessing, EDA (exploratory data analysis), and feature extraction.
Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS-based services.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, especially with large datasets.
Understanding of cloud engineering principles for scalable ML solution deployment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across globally distributed teams.
Ability to document model results and translate findings into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in using AWS tools like SageMaker, EMR, Lambda for AI/ML tasks.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of business domains like finance, telecom, or retail.
Exposure to model monitoring frameworks such as MLflow, SageMaker Monitor, or similar.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
Prior internship or project experience involving AI, machine learning, or data science use cases.
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Exposure to DevOps principles, especially relating to AI/ML infrastructure.
Experience in NLP, computer vision, or time-series modeling would be a plus.
Certification in any AI/ML platform (AWS, Azure, Google AI) is an added advantage.
