Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets through phone, email, and web-based support channels

  • Provide Level 1 technical and non-technical support to end users

  • Troubleshoot issues related to account access, printers, network drives, and system access

  • Use knowledge base articles, web resources, and standard procedures to resolve issues

  • Analyse hardware and software problems and provide real-time solutions

  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and case notes in the ticketing system

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical teams with clear documentation

  • Assist with onboarding and support for new and existing users

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate (BSc, BCA, BCom, BE, BTech, or equivalent)

  • Batch: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 pass-outs
