In this position, you will manage issue resolution and provide application support for customers including Sponsors, CROs, Investigators, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Review User Access Request Forms received from clients and internal teams for accuracy.
- Submit User Access Requests using IT Central according to Labcorp procedures.
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring high productivity and accuracy.
- Complete all mandatory training programs within the required timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external users.
- Use available knowledge bases and internal processes to resolve issues independently.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users and team members.
Required Skills
