We are looking for a Voice Support Engineer to join our dynamic Aftermarket & Service team at Carrier. In this role, you will provide technical support to global customers through voice-based on-call interactions. Additionally, you’ll handle troubleshooting for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC assets, ensuring smooth operations and superior service delivery. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for solving real-world technical problems while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional voice-based customer support via calls, emails, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC assets.
- Analyze system and energy data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate unresolved cases to L2 support.
- Work on offline support activities with accuracy and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
- Participate in data-driven projects requiring analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and timely deliverables.
- Be flexible with shifts and week-offs as per business requirements.
- Support multiple customers and projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical/Electronics fundamentals.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts and global time zones.
