Role Overview

We are looking for a Voice Support Engineer to join our dynamic Aftermarket & Service team at Carrier. In this role, you will provide technical support to global customers through voice-based on-call interactions. Additionally, you’ll handle troubleshooting for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC assets, ensuring smooth operations and superior service delivery. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for solving real-world technical problems while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional voice-based customer support via calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC assets.
  • Analyze system and energy data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate unresolved cases to L2 support.
  • Work on offline support activities with accuracy and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Participate in data-driven projects requiring analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and timely deliverables.
  • Be flexible with shifts and week-offs as per business requirements.
  • Support multiple customers and projects as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Electrical/Electronics fundamentals.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and global time zones.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI-driven analytical tools for customer support or system monitoring.
  • Knowledge of energy optimization techniques and data mining.
