Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, debug, and maintain software solutions as per defined business requirements and project needs
Write and maintain documentation related to code, processes, and workflows, especially related to automation tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues found in production and staging environments; analyze root causes and implement fixes
Participate in Developer On-Call rotation for 24/7 production support, including weekends and holidays, when necessary
Work with team leads, project managers, QA analysts, and fellow developers to ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks
Communicate regularly with supervisors and stakeholders to provide updates on task progress, risks, and challenges
Follow Agile or iterative development practices to build and deploy software in sprints or milestones
Assist in design and implementation of software features, scripts, or components with moderate guidance from seniors
Manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment and complete deliverables on time
Show initiative and willingness to learn complex technical skills and take on new challenges independently
Required Skills
Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, C, C++, C#, .NET, or VB
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), object-oriented programming, and version control
Exposure to one or more tools or technologies such as UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, MongoDB, Tableau, Snowflake, Playwright, Selenium, or Postman
Familiarity with REST APIs, client-server architecture, and web application concepts
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in parallel
Capability to document processes, technical designs, and automation scripts clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid model with cross-functional teams
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks
Preferred Skills
Internship or project experience in full-stack or back-end development
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
Working knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or NoSQL systems like MongoDB
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or UiPath)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices
Git/GitHub version control and code review processes
Participation in open-source projects, hackathons, or coding competitions
Basic understanding of data visualization using Tableau or Power BI
Certification in programming languages or cloud technologies (AWS Certified Developer, etc.)
