We are looking for a Data Analyst job to join our technology team at MassMutual India. This role is critical in supporting consumer privacy rights, managing secure data operations, and driving compliance initiatives. The position involves working on database schema design, query development, AWS-based data management, and compliance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Influence and strengthen a privacy-centric culture across the enterprise.
Design and develop robust database schemas.
Create queries for encrypting and decrypting sensitive data.
Monitor and maintain database clusters and instances on AWS.
Support annual application refresh for CCPA compliance, including discovery, extraction, and validation of data.
Review and update macros, data rules, and mapping standards for new applications and fields.
Perform data field analysis, categorization, and migration scripting.
Develop, review, and enhance match and gather elements for production.
Manage test scenarios, test data setup, and validation of consent data from enterprise systems.
Conduct regular Dev and QA database clean-up activities.
Required Skills
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with AWS data tools and database clusters.
Strong knowledge of data encryption, privacy, and compliance (CCPA/GDPR preferred).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail in data mapping and validation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
