Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data attributes across multiple internal systems and business processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the organization’s platforms. This involves understanding the interactions between data flows and their impacts on business applications and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including building a data library and data mapping resources, to support ongoing process improvements and reinforce data governance best practices.
  • Conduct strategic analyses aimed at identifying data-related opportunities and challenges, proposing actionable solutions to improve data accuracy, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Manage large datasets involved in pre- and post-migration activities, ensuring thorough validation and cleansing of data to align with business and compliance standards.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts by performing root cause analysis on data discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement both immediate fixes and sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Salesforce, AAA, and other CRM systems to support management reporting needs and monitor progress against key data quality metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with global business partners to coordinate data remediation activities, foster knowledge sharing, and identify opportunities to optimize reporting and data handling for diverse stakeholders.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and validation rules in detail to maintain a repository of knowledge that supports transparency and facilitates onboarding of new team members.
  • Work alongside data specialists and master data leads to ensure cohesive data management practices, effective controls, and alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in handling complex datasets, performing data validation, and deriving actionable insights through quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clear articulation of data insights and seamless collaboration across global teams.
  • Sound understanding of IT processes, data modeling principles, and the software development lifecycle, including experience with data testing and implementation procedures.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships internally and externally, demonstrating a professional, resourceful, and customer-focused approach when resolving challenges.
  • Proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively within team settings, contributing positively to group objectives and knowledge sharing.          

Preferred Skills

    • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including familiarity with data entry, reporting modules, and data governance features.
    • Knowledge of customer account hierarchies and onboarding processes to understand and manage customer-related data effectively.
    • Hands-on experience in data migration projects, including validation, cleansing, and reconciliation phases.
    • Familiarity with financial services industry regulations, compliance requirements, and data governance frameworks that influence data management practices.
    • Capability in producing complex management reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that drive strategic decisions and business insights.
