As a Data Business Analyst within Ford’s Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDIA) Credit Analytics team, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive modeling and risk strategy deployment on a global scale. Your work will directly influence how Ford manages credit risks and delivers value through data-driven insights.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Implementation, Testing, and Deployment: Lead the execution of predictive models and risk strategies, ensuring they are effectively deployed across multiple global platforms with high quality and within timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams, analytics experts, IT personnel, and external vendors to successfully operationalize and maintain predictive models and business strategies.
Data Analysis and POCs: Analyze complex datasets and develop proofs of concept (POCs) to validate new analytics approaches, focusing on testing efficiencies and innovation.
Platform Upgrades: Take ownership of upgrading deployment platforms, ensuring scalability, robustness, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide business users with timely reports, data analysis, and programming support to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize analytics delivery processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall business efficiency.

Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments to foster iterative development, collaboration, and rapid delivery of analytics solutions.
Database and Warehousing: Hands-on experience with relational databases and data warehousing technologies such as Teradata, Oracle, and DB2, enabling effective data management and querying.
