As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of an agile, cross-functional team working on innovative software products and digital solutions. Your key duties include:
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product teams to design and build software applications
Assist in the development and troubleshooting of applications
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities
Follow agile methodologies and contribute in daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives
Engage in continuous learning and apply new tools and technologies to solve real-world challenges
Analyze and debug issues to improve system performance and stability
Support development life cycle stages: design, coding, testing, and implementation
Develop scalable and maintainable code using industry best practices
Learn and adhere to secure coding and data protection standards
Report progress to supervisors and seek guidance as needed
Required Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
