Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather detailed requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the software development lifecycle.
Analyze business processes and translate client needs into well-architected, scalable software solutions that align with enterprise standards and support future growth.
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications leveraging frameworks such as Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews, develop and execute unit test plans to uphold quality standards, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment efforts.
Mentor junior developers, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
Participate actively in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
Work collaboratively with front-end teams skilled in Angular and React to build seamless, user-friendly applications.
Engage with DevOps and QA teams to support smooth software deployment, monitoring, and maintenance post-launch.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that enhance business value for clients.
Required Skills
Expertise in Java SE and Java EE, including strong understanding of core concepts such as multithreading, exception handling, collections framework, and concurrency management.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework for developing microservices and RESTful APIs that are scalable and secure.
Good working knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular and React to facilitate close collaboration with UI teams.
Solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Experience with version control systems like Git, and understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with ORM frameworks including Hibernate and JPA for efficient database interaction and management.
Familiarity with asynchronous messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for building event-driven architectures.
