Develop and maintain scalable software applications that align with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product management to build innovative software solutions.
Translate customer requirements into functional and efficient software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to software development best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to propose enhancements.
Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and documentation.
Participate in Agile development processes and deliver sprint goals in a timely manner.
Support the deployment and maintenance of software across test and production environments.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python with demonstrated project or internship experience.
Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience with CSS, JavaScript, and core Java development.
Familiarity with debugging tools and unit testing frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and effectively.
A passion for innovation and willingness to take initiative.

Advanced degree (Master’s) in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
