Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software.
Develop scalable and maintainable software components and applications using .NET and C#.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Write clean, secure, and efficient code in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to guidelines.
Perform unit testing and support QA teams during system testing and bug fixes.
Optimize code for performance, speed, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Follow Agile development methodologies, including daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives.
Maintain documentation of system architecture, development processes, and technical specifications.
Required Skills
Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework for Windows-based application development.
Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
Strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
Ability to write automated unit tests and support test-driven development.
Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with desktop software solutions for industrial or manufacturing systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for desktop applications.
Exposure to DevOps practices, including automated deployments.
Knowledge of Agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Previous experience in industrial automation, energy, or smart buildings is a plus.
Experience integrating with external systems or hardware interfaces.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
