Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software.

  • Develop scalable and maintainable software components and applications using .NET and C#.

  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Write clean, secure, and efficient code in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to guidelines.

  • Perform unit testing and support QA teams during system testing and bug fixes.

  • Optimize code for performance, speed, and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

  • Follow Agile development methodologies, including daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives.

  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, development processes, and technical specifications.


Required Skills
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework for Windows-based application development.

  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.

  • Strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum development methodology.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration practices.

  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Ability to write automated unit tests and support test-driven development.

  • Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with desktop software solutions for industrial or manufacturing systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for desktop applications.

  • Exposure to DevOps practices, including automated deployments.

  • Knowledge of Agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Previous experience in industrial automation, energy, or smart buildings is a plus.

  • Experience integrating with external systems or hardware interfaces.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adopt emerging technologies.

  • Participation in open-source or community projects (bonus).
