The Corporate Treasury division plays a critical role in managing the firm’s liquidity, funding, and capital, ensuring financial soundness while optimizing returns.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with globally distributed cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative financial software.
Build and maintain metric calculators, analytics dashboards, and automation tools for decision-making and optimization.
Develop scalable backend services, data pipelines, and real-time systems that support Corporate Treasury operations.
Implement solutions to reduce interest expenses and improve liquidity management for the firm.
Analyze existing software to identify areas for improvement and participate in the prioritization and implementation of those improvements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate financial goals into robust technical systems.
Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
Maintain a high standard of code quality and participate in peer reviews and code discussions.
Drive adoption of software engineering best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Take ownership of projects and help mentor junior developers where needed.
Required Skills
1+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Strong proficiency in core programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience with at least one object-oriented or compiled language, such as Java or Python.
Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems.
Comfortable working with global teams, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to business audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and product development.
Strong commitment to coding standards, testing, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of data modeling and basic familiarity with databases.
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is highly desirable.
Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Financial services knowledge, especially in liquidity management or capital planning.
Experience working on large-scale distributed systems or low-latency applications.
Basic understanding of financial instruments and regulatory compliance is a plus.
