Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for several operational and analytical tasks including:
Data Management and Integrity
Maintain accurate and reliable data across resource management systems.
Perform regular audits to ensure real-world project activities match system records.
Ensure all project assignments, resources, and hours are properly documented.
Utilization Tracking
Monitor staff utilization to ensure resources are efficiently assigned.
Reduce employee bench time while preventing over-allocation and burnout.
Capacity Coordination
Work with Project Managers to monitor project timelines and resource availability.
Manage assignment extensions or mark resources available for new projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Reporting and Compliance
Generate weekly operational status reports.
Identify expired assignments or missing project allocations.
Ensure decision-makers receive accurate and reliable operational data.
Data Hygiene and System Maintenance
Maintain high data quality standards within Salesforce PSA systems.
Clean inactive opportunities and outdated records.
Standardize naming conventions and entry protocols.
Process Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks in workflows.
Recommend scalable improvements for data entry and staffing processes.
Help automate manual operations to improve efficiency.
