Key Responsibilities
Support financial close activities, including reporting and accrual processes.
Perform monthly profit and loss (P&L) analysis and identify key financial trends.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and planning models for business teams.
Work with large datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
Conduct headcount reporting, planning, and forecasting.
Monitor and analyze weekly KPI metrics for business initiatives and operational performance.
Assist in monthly and quarterly business reviews by providing data-driven insights.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
Identify data discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
Improve and automate finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate financial information.
