This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals. You will gain experience in health insurance operations, data handling, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Member Sign-Ups

  • Process new member sign-ups for various health insurance policies.

  • Add, remove, or update member details accurately.

  • Check all data for completeness and correctness before submission.

  • Maintain records in internal systems and insurer portals.

  • Update active member lists and CD statements for clients.

  • Resolve any errors or discrepancies in enrolment records.

Policy Changes

  • Handle member updates and changes in coverage.

  • Correct personal details, policy errors, or missing information.

  • Obtain endorsement letters or certificates from insurers.

  • Share updated policies and documents with clients promptly.

  • Track all policy changes for compliance and audits.

Records and Reporting

  • Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Generate periodic MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure all reports follow compliance rules.

  • Support audits and quality checks.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational summaries for teams and clients.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, insurers, and TPAs.

  • Resolve queries or discrepancies in enrolment and policy records.

  • Assist with policy renewals, premium calculations, and member reconciliation.

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to maintain smooth operations.

  • Communicate updates, changes, or issues promptly to all stakeholders.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in enrolment, endorsement, and reporting processes.

  • Suggest better ways to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Help implement process improvements and automation.

  • Track key performance metrics to monitor workflow effectiveness.

  • Document processes for team guidance and training.

Training and Learning

  • Attend a one-week bootcamp to learn company systems and processes.

  • Understand health insurance policies, enrolment rules, and compliance.

  • Practice using insurer portals, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.

  • Apply training to real tasks under supervision.

  • Develop skills in reporting, client communication, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in every task.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of basic health insurance processes and terminology.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with policy management software or ERP systems.

  • Experience in insurance operations or enrolment processing.

  • Proactive approach to solving operational challenges.

  • Quick learner and adaptable to new systems and processes.
