Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop efficient data pipelines to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and cloud storage solutions for enterprise data.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by implementing validation, cleansing, and normalization processes.
- Collaborate with data analysts, business owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Optimize data systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies for security, compliance, and auditing.
- Support enterprise data integration, including SAP ERP and other critical systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot real-time data processing frameworks and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and adoption of best practices in data engineering.
- Provide mentorship or guidance to junior data engineers and interns when required.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies for better data solutions.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms: Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and Java for data processing.
- Expertise in data pipeline and ETL tools: Apache Airflow, Informatica, Talend, SAP BODS, or API-based extraction.
- Knowledge of real-time data streaming and processing frameworks.
- Understanding of Git and CI/CD processes for version control and automated deployments.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform for cloud management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong English communication skills for reporting and cross-team coordination.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and deliver results on time.

- Experience in data modeling, architecture design, and analytics frameworks.
