Role Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Graduate Apprentice Program India at Bank of America. This position offers hands-on experience in software development, data engineering, and technology innovation. As a Graduate Apprentice, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of critical systems supporting the bank’s global operations and technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate client requirements into clear technical specifications.
Develop, test, and integrate solutions into internal banking systems.
Participate in CI/CD processes including code reviews, branching, and release activities.
Document technical models, findings, and project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations (APAC, EMEA & AMRS).
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software solutions that meet compliance and performance standards.
Conduct proof-of-concept testing for new tools and emerging technologies.
Identify, escalate, and resolve incidents or issues efficiently.
Required Skills
Technical Skills: Python, Java, C#, C++, SQL, Scala, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Tableau, Linux/Unix, Agile methodology, JIRA.
