Job Description
Axis Services is conducting a Walk-In Drive for the position of HR Recruiter in Hyderabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced recruiters to gain hands-on exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and performance management.
As an HR Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for hiring top talent, maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and update job descriptions as per the hiring team’s requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Screen resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Post and manage job ads on job boards and social platforms.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate conversion rate.
• Handle offer letters, salary negotiations, and candidate queries.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure a positive joining experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.
• Collaborate with management to plan future hiring needs.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with sourcing methods and ATS tools.
• Ability to screen and assess candidate profiles effectively.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking candidates.
